Panama City Beach is as beautiful as ever. We were there for Memorial Day weekend and just didn't want to leave.

Pier Park in Panama City Beach

When you come to PCB, make sure you go to the new Pier Park. Now there's fantastic shopping on the beach side of the bridge (Hathaway Bridge).

Pier Park is on Front Beach Road near the city pier.

Before Pier Park, the best shopping was back over the bridge. Or in other cities, like Destin and Mexico Beach.

The Summit Condo Resort in PCB

The Summit Condo Resort is a premier resort on Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach, Florida.

Panama City Beach, Florida

The best beach vacation spot in Florida is Panama City Beach! There are so many things to do here: fishing, snorkeling, swimming, diving, water parks, nightclubs. The list goes on and on!

Make sure when you come here for vacation that you definitely go to Shell Island. You can take a Shuttle Boat from St. Andrews State Park. The shuttle leaves every half hour or every hour, depending on the season. So you can stay all day or just a few hours.

I have a vacation rental just a mile west of St. Andrews State Park. One thing that you will find out when renting your vacation home directly from the owner, is that you will save money because you are eliminating the middle man. And you get much more personal attention than you would thru those rental agencies. They only want to rent the room, they could care less about you and your family's vacation.
